Submit a Work Order

Advantage Property Management, LLC works on behalf of Eagle Lake’s Board of Directors to oversee the operational issues that our association must deal with on a daily basis. One of the most important roles our management company has is to act as the communication liaison between you, the homeowner, and the Board.

If you have any association related questions or have an issue that you would like to have addressed, please take advantage of our management company’s desire to assist you and contact our property manger,  which may be reached by Enumerate Engage website, email or phone.

The Enumerate website is the best options because the work order can be seen and followed to completion by our property manger, the board and most important the home owner. 

To access the work order on the Enumerate website: first login to Engage. https://engage.goenumerate.com

On the top of the page select For Residents  then select Online Forms.  Next select New Service Request Online Form. Fill out the form and submit it. 

If no reply in 48 hours, then email our property manager directly.

Please keep in mind it is always more effective if your concerns are communicated in writing and not submitted anonymously. That way there is a written record of your concern and you can be updated on the progress in resolving or addressing it.
